Order Cancellation

We understand that it is a very important undertaking to order a dress for your special occasion or big events, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses are made to order. Once the tailoring process has begun, the materials cannot be reused. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time for you to change your mind. For further details, please refer to our cancellation policy below.

1. Orders cancelled within 12 hours from the initial purchase will lose none of the merchandise purchase price for customers' colour, size and style exchange.
2. Orders cancelled 12 hours later and 48 hours before will eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 60% of the product purchase price.
3. Orders cancelled within 48 to 72 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 50% of product purchase price.
4. Orders cancelled beyond 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund of full shipping cost and 40% of the product purchase price .
5. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

 

Return

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Your complete satisfaction is our top priority and eternal pursuit.  We encourage all of customers to open the package and check to make sure that the dress that we made meets your requirement once arrived . Try your dress on as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.

All our dresses are tailored by experienced professionals and go through quality-inspection before being shipped out. Because each dress is hand-made, there will be at most a 5% difference between the picture and the product you receive.
 
Refund will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service Representatives, so please do not send it back without letting us know. For any items, if there is a quality problem and you want to apply for a refund, please upload some persuasive pictures or video in 7days. Once it is verified, you can send the item back to us (customer assumes the shipping cost) after getting our permission, and we will give you the corresponding refund. Please pay attention to that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
 
We offer full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault, please contact with our customer service representatives as soon as you can. Damage caused because of the fault of the third party or customer’s own fault cannot apply for a refund. Also customer can only get a partial refund on returned items for some original parts missing after arrival.

 

Wrong Dress Received
If we shipped you an incorrect item or the item with wrong colour (Colour differs due to the display settings of your computer monitor are not included), you can return the dress, please make sure the item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair, with intact tags attached. After we receive and confirm your returned items, we will make a full refund or make a replacement at your side.


Colour  
The settings of your computer screen may alter the colour of the pictures shown on geemoon. Slight colour mismatches between the colour of your dress and the colour shown on screen may not mean that the dress is defective or mis-shipped. And the pictures in the page are only for reference, the colour can not be 100% the same, we can only assure 90% similarity with the models. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong colour, please provide the photos as a proof and contact us to ask for a full refund or dress exchange.
 
Size  
1) Dress is not the size you ordered
If size differs from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, we encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse you for up to 100% of the product price in tailoring costs. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement.
 
2) Dress is the size you ordered but does not fit
Please understand that dresses that do not fit properly but are in accordance with the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. You can go to a local tailor or a professional seamstress to have the dress re-sized at your own cost. Please note that if your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, re-sizing may not be possible.

 

Return Process

1. Please contact our Customer Service within 7 days after receiving the items, with a specific explanation and clear corresponding photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from iour Customer Service.

2. Once your request is approved, please return the items to the address we email you as soon as possible. Please kindly inform us the Tracking No. and inquiring website of the Express in time.

3. We will refund you within 3-5 working days once we receive and confirm the package. Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be refunded and cannot be shipped back to you. Please allow up to two billing cycles for it to be credited to your account, please kindly note that the refund efficiency also depends on the credit card bank's processing-cycle.
